Experience:
- Directed a program that was a National Institute of Mental Health demonstration project
- Provided and supervised treatment in a fifty-five bed residential treatment center
- Directed a twenty bed in-patient psychiatric unit for adolescents
- Studied with one of the masters of family therapy, Salvador Minuchin, M.D.
- Practiced independently for nineteen years

- Present Board member of: Mental Health America--Pueblo, Suicide Prevention Service
- Past Board member of: Lake County (Montana) Crisis Service, American Mental Health Association of Montana, Adams County (Illinois) Family Service Agency
